General Information About Custom Patches
| Placing an order: | Please send an email to info@bdprints.com stating the size, shape, quantity and type of badge you are wanting. We will then get back to you with a quote. |
Design Work: |
We do not charge for the design development for the first 2 designs. There after there is a charge of £10 per design. A copy of the finished artwork is sent for you to check before confirming your order. |
Payment: |
Once you decide to go ahead with your order we will send you an order confirmation, which will contain payment details. we accept payment via direct transfer, paypal or by cheque. |
VAT: |
We do not charge VAT. |
| Postage: | We charge a basic fee to cover postage and packaging. Orders made within the UK are sent via 1st class royal mail. Orders outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail service 3-7days. |

Quantities: |
You can have these custom badges in any quantity required but there is a minimum charge of £30 per badge design. |

Shape/Size: |
Custom printed badges can only be made as squares, rectangles, circle and half circles. Circle badges can only be made with ether a 3, 3.5 or 4 inch diamiter. Whilst square rectangular and triangular badges can be made up to anysize within 8x11inch (20x28 cm). See price list bellow for a list of popular sizes. |

| Production time: | Badges can be made within a week of order being confirmed. | |
Production process: |
All custom printed badges are made in the UK via a digital process. i.e. the design is transfered on to the fabric then the badges are overlocked (sown) around their edge. |

Badge Colours: |
Because custom printed badges are made via a digital process we do not charge per colour, and any colours are available apart from gold silver and bronze. This also means that printed badges can have photographs on them. |

Overlocking (Sown Edging): |
We keep a large stock of colours for overlocking: black, white, blue violet, lilac, light blue, lotus blue (air force blue), dark safire (royal blue), navy blue, dark leaf green, lime emerald green, cream, citron yellow, lemon yellow, light golden yellow, orange, scarlet red, dark ruby and coffee brown.Small orders of 1-25 are only done with black overlocking this can be altered at extra cost. |

Samples: |
Samples can be made but this will cost a minimum of £15 We always aim to produce just a few extra prints than your requirements to save as samples, if you object to this in any way please let us know when you place your order. |
